Life is getting more dismal by the minute in the small town os saltana, Manitoba. Ever since the river dried up and the campers stopped coming, there haven't even been enough tourists to keep the local restaurant busy. Cody needs to find a way to put Saltana on the map before he is the only twelve year old left in town.
I liked this book because I like when some people make a fake artifact and it's not discovered until the people that made the fake and the people trying to see if it's real or not and they start mumbling something about they would have found it anyway and I say to myself sure. Eric 5
ReplyDeleteI loved this book because its one of those adventurous and interesting type of book instead of a really boring and drag book. Also it really drew my attention when I first saw this book because it showed an Egyptian artifact on the cover.

I really liked this book because when Cody and Eric thought of a hoax to trick people to get more people to come to the restraunt River Crest in sultana,Manitoba because that's where Eric's mom work. She is not going to get a job after River Crest is going to shut down because there are not enough customers coming and then Eric is going to have to move.I like Rachel the best because she really knows many facts about egyptian words and that really helped with Eric and Cody's hoax.

I am almost done the book and it was a really interesting. But i cannot believe they actually did that! But I think they did a really good job at faking the artifact. But if the scientist found out it was fake there gonna be in a big problem.

This was an exciting book because the suspicious man at the dig site turned out to be a good guy.I was so sure that he was a bad guy, but he was not!Will there be a sequel? MARCEL#1$$$$
ReplyDeleteI loved the whole idea of "The Archaeolo Jesters [how Cody,Eric and Rachel are trying to make their town more popular]" But I really like discription and in some parts like when they where trying to explain why they made a fake artifact, I do not think there was enough.But one thing I really enjoyed was the cliff hanger ending, which was good because I was a bit disappointed with the endings with some of the other fiction books I have read, but not the ending in this one. -SARAH:]

I think this book was really good. I loved how the authour weaves in some facts into the story in a very exciting way. As well, the beginning really pulled me in that I couldn't even put the book down!! Clara
ReplyDeleteI'm almost done the book and it's turning out to be a good book. It shows how the characters(Eric, Cody and Raechel) are taking this pressure. For example they took the hoax to the mechanics place to sand it to make it look old

I just started reading this book. I don't really like it right now but hopefully it will get interesting which is unlikley going to happen.

I finally finished reading the Archeaolojeseter. I didn't really like it because it was boring and it wasn't as good as i expected. When I looked at the plot it looked really exciting but once I started reading it it was nothing like it said in the plot. I don't really know, it just was!
